Uninsured:

New Britain Anesthesia, PC provides services to all patients regardless of ability to pay. We have developed a financial aid application for uninsured patients who meet certain income limits. You may request an application for discount by calling 860-563-0700.

HIPAA and Your Privacy:

FRAUD ALERT

April 26, 2010

Our medical group was notified by a concerned citizen that a fraudulent person was asking them to cash a check from New Britain Anesthesia. The citizen was asked to cash the check for someone she had never met. The fraudulent interaction began when the citizen responded to a Craigslist internet advertisement and received a Fed Ex package containing a check from our group.

If you suspect you have been given a fraudulent check in this same manner, please contact us at 860-563-0700. Ultimately, the check will not cash since our account is on lockdown.

DO NOT wire your own money to someone you have never met.

New Britain Anesthesia

Health Plan Participation:

New Britain Anesthesia, PC participates in numerous government and private health plans. We obtain your health plan information from hospital registration and bill your plan for you. Patients are responsible for paying to NBA any amounts that your plan defines as patient responsibility such as copayments, coinsurance or deductibles. NBA will not bill you for adjustments/discounts, which we agreed to provide your plan.
